Michelle Trachtenberg is an American actress and model from New York City. She observes every religious holiday and Christmas, despite her parents are located living in Israel. She said she attended the Catholic high school since it was cheaper as compared to the Jewish. Lana Trachtenberg, her mother is a banker, and Michael Trachtenberg, her father is an engineer in fiber optics. Michelle Trachtenberg began her career at a young age. She has appeared in numerous of commercials, movies, and TV shows. She is best known for her regular role as Dawn Summers in Buffy the Vampire Slayer Michelle Trachtenberg grew as a child with her sibling, Irene and her sister Irene living in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn. She attended The Bay Academy for the Arts and Sciences when she was a junior high student. She continued her education at Notre Dame High School, Sherman Oaks. She sings Russian. Trachtenberg is the recipient of numerous awards, such as The Young Artist Award, Sarasota Film Festival, and received nominations for the Teen Choice Award, YoungStar Award, Saturn Award, as well as the Daytime Emmy Award.
