Dina Meyer was born and raised in Forest Hills Queens New York. Just before finishing the junior high school, she moved to Queens and moved to Dix Hills Long Island. Her siblings include an older brother named Gregory as well as a younger sibling called Evan. At the age of 9 until 16, she began being involved in the business of entertainment through modeling. Ron Stetson taught her the Sanford Meisner acting technique at The Neighborhood Playhouse. Sandra Bullock received similar training, along with Michael Douglas and Jeff Goldblum. Leslie Nielsen, Diane Keaton are also amongst the actors that have undergone the same type of instruction. Her first performance came from Beverly Hills 90210. This led to her relocating to Los Angeles. Her debut role was Johnny Mnemonic. She did every stunt in the film and made her an accomplished athlete and actress.
